Position Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Chattanooga, TN - Relocation Assistance Provided

Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Compensation: $120-$130k + 10% Bonus

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient storage, movement, and delivery of raw materials within our 500,000 square foot facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments and a proven track record in managing warehouse payroll and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and final delivery of parts.
• Set strategic priorities and work closely with Procurement, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Hold supervisors accountable for maintaining efficient processes and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 75 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize space and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in managing warehouse payroll and budget.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
• MBA
