Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager at BRG, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading a team committed to hospitality excellence. You will work closely with our culinary and service teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations , ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff , fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality, service, and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and adherence to BRG’s quality standards .
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations .
  • Assist with marketing, promotions, and community engagement to drive business growth.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and uphold BRG’s commitment to customer satisfaction .
  • Support recruitment, scheduling, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food, beverage, and service excellence .
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team .
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with cost controls, inventory management, and budgeting .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with POS systems, reservations, and restaurant management software is a plus.
