Black Eyed Susan’s is a small (50 seat), fast paced, Nantucket institution. Guests are flat seated for one of three seatings per night in our open-kitchen dining room as well as our patio. Sous chef will be responsible for daytime food prep, working the line during dinner service, along with the standard managerial duties that come with the title. We are seeking, energetic, creative, and most importantly, motivated applicants.
