In this role, you will be responsible for operating blending equipment to mix various raw materials according to provided recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Whats the Job?

• Operate blending machinery to mix raw materials according to batch recipes.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper blending and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on blended materials to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of blending equipment and work area to meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

Whats Needed?

• Proven experience as a blending operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts as assigned, with occasional overtime opportunities.
