Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the engineering team to assist with design and development.
- Prepare detailed plans, construction documents, and engineering drawings.
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and ensure compliance with designs.
- Attend and participate in meetings with municipalities to discuss project details and approvals.
- Uphold CK Civil Engineering’s quality standards across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of civil engineering tools and standards.
Technical Duties :
- Create accurate drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D based on detailed instructions.
- Develop plan and profile drawings for roadways, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Utilize Civil 3D for gravity and pressure pipe networks for subdivision and street designs.
- Generate cross-sections, calculate volumes, and prepare quantity estimates.
- Organize project files and maintain design consistency according to company CAD standards.
- Interpret as-built drawings and develop existing condition models.
- Prepare record drawings and incorporate survey data into designs.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong interest in residential subdivisions, commercial site design, and municipal projects.
- Willingness to participate in site visits and attend project-related meetings with municipalities.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of civil engineering concepts, including grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Familiarity with engineering principles related to large-scale developments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
