What You'll Do:

• Shape Core AI Systems: You'll design and implement backend services that power our AI-driven automation platform
• Drive Technical Innovation: Collaborate with our ML team to develop and deploy new AI features that enhance engineering productivity while working directly with cutting-edge language models
• Build for Scale: Create robust, scalable backend systems that process and analyze large volumes of engineering data with high reliability
• Define the Future: Contribute to key technical decisions that will shape our product's architecture and direction while working closely with our experienced leadership team
  

You Bring:

• Strong Backend Foundation: 0-2 years of software development experience with emphasis on backend development. Proficient in Python, comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and experienced with AWS services and RESTful APIs
• AI/ML Passion: Deep enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and practical experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar). Personal projects or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects are a plus
• Technical Toolkit: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Familiarity with MLOps practices and working with large language models is highly valued
• Growth Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate quick learning with new technologies, and show initiative in tackling complex challenges
