We are seeking an experienced marketer specializing in email and digital revenue generation strategies working specifically for our NIL Store team. The candidate will ideally possess past experience marketing for brands, impressive organizational skills, creative flair, and a talent for project management in order to help take our team to the next level.About Campus Ink & The NIL Store Campus Ink operates a DTC & B2B merch platform for college athletes & college students. Under the NIL Store, we build officially licensed merch platforms for Universities so every athlete in every sport has the ability to sell merchandise and profit off their name image and likeness. We train students on those campuses in design, sales & marketing, and sell to other organizations. Campus Ink also manages national e-commerce brands for Greek Organizations.Responsibilities: Develop digital & email revenue generation strategies across the NIL Store's more than 100 university properties at scalePlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaignsDevelop and lead campaign strategy for new product launchesMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies.
