Job Description

Are you energized by teamwork, business strategy and a fast paced environment? We're seeking a driven and high-energy Senior Account Manager to lead the execution of multichannel campaigns that boost response rates, drive sales, and deliver measurable results aligned with our clients' business objectives.
You'll work cross-functionally, frequently collaborating with other subject matter experts both internally and externally. No two days are the same in the life of a senior account manager, but we focus on a core group of fundamental activities each day to bring success. This full-time position reports to the Account Director and is focused on our gaming and hotel/hospitality client portfolio.
Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain active and productive working relationships with clients. Be someone they can trust to communicate information accurately and in a clear, concise manner.
    • Develop a strong knowledge of, and be conversant in each client's business, business model basics, key issues and competitive situation.
    • Manage the internal team responsible for the development and execution of media campaigns for your client portfolio, ensure the work ladders to clients' key KPI's.
    • Anticipate and proactively make the Account Director aware of unforeseen issues. Be prepared to navigate unexpected situations and change; bring thoughtful solutions and ideas for consideration.
    • Manage the workload associated with successful media campaign development and deployment, from building timelines to managing media budgets and more. This includes the responsibility to effectively monitor the work of other agency departments against agreed upon timetables and deliverables.
    • Consistently demonstrate project leadership traits by being prepared and proactive, thorough and accurate and leading with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Demonstrate an ability to manage details. Must be attentive, accurate and thorough in work to clients and agency staff.
    • Display characteristics of a "self-starter" and be able to take initiative and act without direction when needed.
    • Additional responsibilities may evolve as agency and client needs change.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • A minimum of 6+ years of industry or general advertising experience, including media strategy. Strong digital experience is required.
    • Experience with traditional and digital media, including campaign performance analysis.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), or loyalty program development, with a demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns.
    • Experience with budget management and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong presentation, project management and time management skills.
    • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Critical and strategic thinker able to cultivate a point of view and perspective independently.
    • Reliable, trustworthy and team-focused behavior.
    • Demonstrates a strong work ethic with a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality results, taking initiative, and maintaining accountability in all aspects of work.
Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with Advantage, Workfront or similar project management platforms.
    • Prior advertising or marketing experience within industries such as casino, gaming, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment is a plus, including a proven ability to manage multiple clients, collaborate across teams, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
