Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
•Ability to take high level, strategic direction and direct a team of direct reports spanning both entry level and career level professionals on how to conduct desired business analysis in response to business requests.
•Thorough understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc. in order to lead & to provide guidance/additional support, if needed, to staff.
•Translates strategy into business design, process design, technical requirements.
•Regularly interacts with program teams and management, offering direction and strategyically sound options to ensure successful project/analysis completion. Trains, mentors, and coaches assigned team members..
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree - Or equivalent work experience
Required Experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred License, Certification, Association
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
