L'Osteria is a small neighborhood italian restaurant located on the Upper East Side. 
Focused on great , high quality simply prepared food and more importantly great service which is personable and caring.
Looking for candidates that are :

Positive, team forward attitude

- Attention to details paired with a sense of urgency

- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally

- Previous wine, beer and cocktail knowledge, and service experience is helpful

- Knowledge of drink making is a great plus. 

- References, including at least 1 from your most recent hospitality position

Responsibilities:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of the details of the menu. Understanding preparations, technique, menu structure, price, ingredients, origin, suppliers, seasonality, flavors, textures, allergies, presentation, limitations, history, and food culture related.

- Continued learning of the full beverage program including wine, cocktail, beer, and n/a beverage.

- Gracious service for all guests throughout their experience.
