What You’ll Do
As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all food & beverage operations within our 40,000 sq. ft facility. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and executing food & beverage operations at a high level both during normal business hours, private events & restaurant operations. This role is expected to work nights and weekends with minimal exceptions.
Typical Work Tasks Include:
- Oversee schedule for Bar Team.
- Lead on setting up Toast POS system for upcoming restaurant collab with Honey Butter Fried Chicken.
- Overseeing Restaurant buildout & ensuring proper work flow, dining room, layout etc.
- Setting up and executing trainings with both front and BOH staff.
- Providing financial reports to VP of Operations around Monthly Food Cost, Monthly Beverage Cost & Inventory Controls.
- Ordering, Inventorying and Stocking all N/A Bev.
- Ensuring all certificates are up to date for F&B staff members, following proper sanitation & ensuring cleaning standards are met.
- Ensure all menus are completely updated & Toast POS has no dead or incorrect buttons.
Any experience with pickleball is a bonus, but not required. We are a growing company and the opportunities for an accountable hard-working employee with great attention to detail are endless!
Requirements:
- 3+ Years F&B experience, including running a kitchen or bar program, managing a FOH team in a restaurant or running a catering/events department.
- High school Diploma or equivalent. Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a bonus as is equivalent work experience.
- ServSafe Manager & Allergens Certified prior to starting employment.
- BASSET Certified
- Strong leadership & communication skills + the ability to lead by example.
- Flexibility & willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Ability to identify what is most important at any given moment with a true focus on the guest experience.
- Desire to open an incredible beach themed restaurant
