As a Customer Account Manager at Lovegreen, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer relationships, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships. From negotiating contracts to serving as an industry expert, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client success while contributing to the growth of our business.
What You'll Do

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that align with their goals. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, balancing customer expectations with organizational objectives to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Margin Control: Monitor and analyze profit margins, ensuring business objectives are met while delivering value to customers. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, developments, and competitor activities. Provide customers with insights and advice that position our company as a valuable partner.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on account performance, growth opportunities, and customer feedback to management.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on margin control and profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and a commitment to staying current with trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable traveling to customer locations during the workday
