Our Entry Level Account Managers:

• Engage with potential donors at events, delivering compelling presentations to explain our clients' mission and inspire contributions.
• Build meaningful connections with community members through personalized interactions, providing exceptional customer service.
• Effectively communicate the goals and initiatives of our charity partners, ensuring clarity and excitement around their causes.
• Demonstrate expertise in fundraising campaigns, conveying the importance of each campaign to prospective donors.
• Ensure a seamless experience for donors, from initial engagement to final contributions, providing top-tier customer service throughout.
• Participate in team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared fundraising goals and objectives.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or account management preferred, but not required. We offer full training to all new associates.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Honest, trustworthy, and committed to operating with integrity in all interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative.
• Open to new ideas and willing to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and clients.
• A natural drive to succeed and exceed expectations, consistently striving for excellence.
