Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Shipping Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent reading skills, and the ability to follow directions, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping Receiving Clerk
Location: East Fishkill, NY
Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-2:00am with Overtime
Pay Range: $21.00/hr
What's the Job?

• Work in the warehouse logistics department preparing items for shipment based on customer demands.
• Receive, sort, load, and unload parts, ensuring they are placed into boxes accurately.
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets efficiently for storage and shipment.
• Utilize scanners, manual pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills to accurately interpret pick slips and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct items are packed for shipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
