About the role Anthropic is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our strategic go-to-market partnership with Amazon and AWS. In this pivotal role, you will own and scale one of our most significant strategic relationships, leading a team responsible for large scale revenue opportunities through our AWS partnership. You will work closely with senior leadership across both organizations to drive joint success, shape strategy, and accelerate the adoption of Anthropic's AI capabilities through AWS's global ecosystem.You will build and lead a high-performing team focused on maximizing our partnership's potential while ensuring our solutions are deployed safely and responsibly. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how frontier AI technology is commercialized at massive scale through one of the world's largest cloud providers.In this role, you will drive exponential growth in one of Anthropic's most strategic partnerships while shaping how enterprises adopt and implement frontier AI technology. You'll be responsible for building programs that will scale across global markets and segments, and developing the blueprint for how AI companies and cloud providers partner to drive joint successResponsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategy for our Amazon/AWS partnership, including co-selling motions, enablement programs, and joint business plansLead and grow a team of partnership professionals, providing strategic direction and operational excellenceOwn forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for the partnershipBuild and maintain executive-level relationships across Amazon/AWS organizationDrive strategic planning and execution of joint marketing and sales initiatives, including major customer engagementsCreate and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management and reportingProvide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and business strategyDesign and execute segment-specific sales plays and enablement programsLead quarterly and annual business reviews with key stakeholdersIdentify and develop strategic opportunities to expand partnership scope and impactYou may be a good fit if you have: 15+ years of enterprise technology experience, with at least 8 years in strategic partnership and/or enterprise sales leadershipProven track record of building and scaling multi-billion dollar technology partnershipsDeep understanding of enterprise cloud services and AI/ML market dynamicsExperience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex organizational environmentsStrong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholdersTrack record of developing and executing successful co-selling strategiesExcellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program managementDeep understanding of enterprise sales motions and channel dynamicsAbility to balance strategic thinking with tactical executionExperience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business valueStrong candidates may also have: Previous experience working with Amazon/AWS partnershipsBackground in AI/ML technologies or enterprise softwareExperience scaling partnerships in emerging technology marketsTrack record of building enterprise GTM strategies from the ground upDeadline to apply: None.
