As part of a fast-growing brand in the fitness industry, the position of Manager of Marketing Communications and Analytics will be responsible for all aspects of our MARCOM efforts along with marketing analytics. This position will be primarily responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of all locally activated MARCOM activities. Additional responsibilities include broader marketing analytics to drive membership growth, engagement, and retention for the organization.Our ideal candidate is a young professional with marketing communications experience, especially utilizing SalesForce along with an understanding of marketing KPI’s and analytics plus an interest in fitness. This candidate is highly detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and possesses a strong grasp of MS Excel.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of local member communications in alignment with PF HQ national MARCOM campaigns including, but not limited to:Debt Collection (Past due, pre/post return for collections)Retention and win-back campaignsUpgrades + referralsRetail promotionsClub newsMember engagementNew CampaignsDevelop and produce marketing reporting with the assistance of the Marketing coordinator for internal use including, but not limited to:MARCOMEmail campaign metrics including open/unique open rates, click/unique click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribesText campaign metrics including open rates, click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribesMarketingTraditional media TRP/GRP comparisons at a DMA levelDigital media impression, CTR, VCR, Pixeled joins, CPM, channel CPJ, join ratesOOH metrics including board counts, flights, impression counts, etc.Overall CPJ’s, both LAF only and total marketing spendPromotion effectiveness evaluation including ramp profile, non-promo benchmarking, DMA comparisonsMiscellaneous duties as assignedMaintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all communication channelsQualifications/Requirements 4 year degree from an accredited university with a marketing or communications degree3-5 years of marketing/communications experienceExcellent communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeSalesForce Marketing Cloud Experience preferredAbility to lift 25 poundsValid Driver’s LicenseEmployees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor).
