The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the beverage bottling and shrink-wrap industry. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our customers' packaging needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for beverage bottling and shrink-wrap services, aimed at driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including beverage manufacturers, distributors, and packaging companies, ensuring a deep understanding of their bottling and packaging requirements.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the beverage bottling and shrink-wrap sectors.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver customized solutions that optimize packaging processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and expand a sales pipeline, tracking progress through the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and profitability targets.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to senior management, contributing to business planning and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: - Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales, preferably within the beverage, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of beverage bottling processes and shrink-wrap packaging solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage key client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
