One of our health insurance/benefits clients is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their team for an exciting all-new contract-to-hire position.
This Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for being the company's internal face of marketing intaking all project requests and ensuring they're assigned/completed by the internal creative/design team.
The Marketing Project Manager must be extremely detail-oriented, a strong communicator, able to set/reset expectations with internal stakeholders, establish project timelines, manage an internal digital asset library, and ensure assets are legally approved and in compliance with health insurance/benefits industry regulations.
Ideal Marketing Project Manager candidates will have:
- 3-5+ years of marketing operations, project management, account management, or creative/design operations experience
- BA degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Great attention to detail, process oriented work style, and strong communicator
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and managing projects with varying timelines, due dates, etc.
- Able to manage expectations of internal stakeholders and proactively communicate any/all details related to the intake of marketing project request
- Fully proficient with MS Office, G Suite, and project management tools (i.e. Jira)
Nice to have:
- Fully proficient with Jira
- Previous experience working in health insurance and employer benefits management
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key contact/collaborator across functional stakeholders requesting marketing services
- Coordinate marketing priorities, manage tickets for UX and design team in Jira
- Own marketing launch calendar and collaborate closely with internal team
- Own the marketing leg of "campaigns" i.e. Bundling, Busy Season, Thanksgiving, Perks, Self Service Adoption, etc.
- Take ownership over key marketing artifacts: Media releases, Testimonials, Marketing Statistics, Form ID tracker, Marketing Artifact Tracker, Launch Calendar, Marketing priority pipeline
- Lead communication on rollout of marketing updates, launches, training and awareness
- Assist in project management and coordination of marketing tasks, working directly with UX, design, and content to create messaging and design, gathering stakeholder requirements while holding accountable timelines and helping remove blockers
