The Financial Account Manager is a permanent opportunity with an onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for managing a roster of entertainment industry clients
  
• Work with Business Managers in day-to-day management of all finance & administration duties
  
• Perform basic business functions for clients, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets
  
• Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
  
• Assist with onboarding clients
  
• Perform a variety of special projects as needed
  
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
  

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written)
  
• A general understanding of finance and accounting practices
  
• Ability to read and understand business financial statements
  
• Ability to responsibly manage cash flow
  
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  
• Flexible and self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks
  
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  
• Detail oriented
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  
• Eager to learn and advance in their professional career
  

• Accounting or Finance degree
  
• Experience using accounting software
  
• Experience with AgilLink
  
• Music industry experience
