Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify client requisitions from both new and existing accounts.
• Prospect and secure meetings with decision-makers focusing on building strong relationships.
• Create and implement a dynamic business plan targeting new accounts using Red Oak's sales methodology.
• Lead and organize a team within a specific business line while managing the Consultant Care Program.
• Drive business development through effective research, networking, and direct client engagement.
• Participate actively in relevant networking organizations to enhance business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly expectations for client meetings and revenue growth.
• Document sales activities in the Tracker system, maintaining data integrity.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requisitions.
• Consistently communicate with inside staff on client service priorities and sales opportunities.
• Design and craft tailored client proposals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contract stipulations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.
• 2+ years of experience in managing and leading teams.
• Proven experience in maintaining and building client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
