About the role
This is an exciting opportunity with high growth potential. The Meals Account Manager is responsible forachieving key sales objectives through the management of existing Meals accounts and facilitating the growth and the development of Kerrys Taste and Nutrition portfolio with Global CPG. Along with that the Account Manager is responsible for supporting a Global Strategic account in U.S. and report directly to the Account Director.The portfolio is diverse including taste, seasonings, dairy, stocks & broths, smoke, ect. Creativity, value proposition selling, and excellent customer management skills are needed to continue, support, and grow existing platforms and identify new categories where value-added products can be created
Key responsibilities
Develops and maintains targeted high-level relationships and contacts with the account(s)
Prospect and close new business opportunities through standard product, custom product and integrated solution selling
Perform account planning and key account research to optimize efforts and account penetration
Ensures margin growth year on year and in line with the account plan and budget requirements
Manage complex pricing models aligned with Key Customers expectations
Regularly inform leadership of changing market dynamics and other factors influencing accounts of strategic importance
Regularly document activities in Salesforce and maintain an up to date pipeline of qualified opportunities
Collaborate with technology business internal leaders for an integrated Go-to-Market (GTM) approach
Supporting overall strategic business approach
Manage and communicate with internal cross functional teams to support and execute customer opportunities
Located in Minneapolis/St Paul area, 60mi radius

Achieves strategic customer objectives as agreed in account plan
Active participant in senior level customer engagements
Ability to identify and priorities a pipeline of commercial growth opportunities
Qualifications and skills
Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university required; Culinary or Food Science degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience
Multi-dimensional thinking (combination of sales/consulting skills)
Strong, self driven work ethic
Positive, driven, articulate and persuasive communication skills
Strong business and commercial acumen
Ability to work autonomously

Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $89.175 to $134.984 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
