As a receiver at Ole Red you will play an integral role in our organization. You will be the conductor of all things inventory! You will handle all of the incoming goods, making sure all supplies, and products are received and processed correctly. This role is also responsible for the return of any unwanted, damaged, or expired products, making sure to inform leadership if this occurs.
In this role you will:
- Check-in deliveries, reconcile items received to purchase orders, and immediately make appropriate leadership aware of any expected items that were not delivered.
- Use the FIFO inventory method when dating stock and sorting items in the storage area.
- Stock all locations, including Kitchen and bars. This will include moving food from the freezer to refrigerator to thaw, checking and replacing kegs, pulling cups for each location, stocking and icing coolers at each location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will: - Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have 1+ year(s) of related experience.
- Possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Have basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Hold a State Food Handler Safety Card (required upon hire).
