**Description**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

+ Operate safely and compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures

+ Collects driver logs and follows up with drivers for missing information and/or paperwork

+ Forwards BOL's and standby forms to the customer for their records

+ Compares driver logs with system data to verify data and capture undocumented data charges

+ Copies backup documents and provides payment log and back up to supervisor for approval to send to AP

+ Prints payment statement, attaches back up and files

+ Learn and perform basic dispatch functions to assist when needed.

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)**

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Prefer 1-2 years administrative experience

+ Minimum of two years transportation / dispatch experience

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

+ Sound understanding of DOT regulations, HazMat and OTR experience preferred

+ Proficient use of MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel

+ Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize and exhibit team player attitude

+ High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

+ Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
