Prestigious, full service, Long Island law firm seeks F/T Attorney for Tax, Trusts and Estates Department. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field of trusts and estates litigation including, but not limited to, probate contests, accounting litigation, turnover proceedings, and other Surrogate's Court litigated matters. Experience in Article 81 guardianship matters also a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, legal research, court appearances, depositions and negotiations.
