Compensation: Step Progression Pay System
At Pet Food Experts, we believe in recognizing the commitment and dedication of our team. That's why we've designed a pay structure to support your long-term growth and reward high performance
Here's how it works:

• Starting Pay: $22 per hour.
• Guaranteed Pay Increases: Employees receive a pay increase after 6 months of employment and an additional increase after 1 year of service and beyond
• Additional Earning Opportunities: Pay rate increases are scheduled regularly based on your length of service

Floater
The Operations Floater is responsible for performing the functions and accountabilities required of Order Selector, Checker, Loader, Expeditor and Coordinator roles interchangeably, and as required.

• Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Essential Functions of Order Selector, Loader, and Coordinator roles, as required (see applicable Job Descriptions)
• Must meet company minimum production standards on a weekly basis
• Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines

Requirements

• Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Accountabilities and Supporting Activities of Order Selector, Checker, Loader, Expeditor and Coordinator roles as required (see applicable Job Descriptions)
• Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
