Litigation Paralegal Opportunity:
An esteemed and bustling Personal Injury Law Firm located in Century City is in search of a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding team!
Your Responsibilities Will Encompass:
- Collaborating with the trial team from the inception of complaint to trial conclusion
- Handling extensive discovery processes, including propounding and responding
- Crafting a variety of Motions, Oppositions, and Replies
- Drafting pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists
- Managing calendars effectively
- Arranging Depositions and other Hearings
- Facilitating CourtCall arrangements and coordinating Appearance Attorneys
- Organizing documents for filing
- Generating correspondence
- Undertaking special projects as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous, and a comprehensive understanding of Personal Injury, spanning both pre-litigation and Litigation stages, is essential.
- Must have 3 years of experience in a personal injury/litigation support role
