Description
We are seeking an Executive Director to join our team at Platinum Communities . The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the CBRF/RCAC residents and staff. The Executive Director oversees decisions in the areas of resident care, marketing, food service and maintenance.
Requirements
To be considered:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 + years' experience working in a health care field, experience with DHS 83.02 (16) preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid assisted living administrators license issued by the department of regulation and licensing.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills.
