Job Title: Aftermarket Warehouse Administrator

Your Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and Safety related policies.
  • Verification of materials shipped to customer specification using provided documentation.
  • Computer processing of outbound and inbound transactions including creation of applicable documents
  • Provide office support, maintain inventory of, and order office/equipment supplies.
  • Work closely with team lead for coordination of warehouse activities
  • Assist in inventory control.
  • Assist with inbound receipts and documentation.
  • Prepare Bill of Lading for outgoing shipments
  • Verify and Print Transfer Orders for the finished goods.
  • Schedule truck and express shipment pick-ups
  • Assist in auditing when needed.
  • Maintain warehouse records and filing, as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Prepare various reports related to the warehouse operations.
  • Suggest improvements, revise work instructions and procedures, as necessary.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
Other duties:
  • Performance of household duties including 5S;
  • Prompt reporting of any abnormalities to management;
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Overtime and shift changes as required.
Who we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical/vocational certificate preferred; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred

  • Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
