Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment process using the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Support HR initiatives, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement projects.
Stay informed on industry hiring trends to identify top talent effectively.
Deliver a high-quality, personalized recruitment experience to candidates.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency; background in financial services or fintech is a plus.
- Proven ability to evaluate resumes and conduct screening interviews before presenting candidates to recruiters.
