  • W2 employee with a base annual salary paid bi-weekly and commission paid monthly.

We're Interested in You If You:

  • Hold independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or are license-eligible in Massachusetts.
  • Thrive in an outpatient mental health care setting.
  • Excel in working with diverse populations.
  • Deliver evidence-based care in alignment with individualized client needs.
  • Are enthusiastic about contributing to the ongoing development of a clinical group practice.
  • Possess strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Actively engage in risk management discussions, clinical consultations, and supervision.
  • Are comfortable working 40 hours per week, which includes completing 25 billable sessions.
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills for required documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries).
