Senior Product Marketing Manager

This exciting opportunity will support a differentiated business as it is established as a new independent medical device company, enableCV is a subsidiary of Edwards LifeSciences. EnableCV is based in Salt Lake City, UT and this role will be located on site at the enableCV headquarters. This is a flexible on-site role which will thrive in a collaborative, start up like environment. We are a small tight-knit group of go getters that are willing to wear multiple hats, learn quickly, and be flexible in order to grow and develop this business. **Strong candidates with appropriate experience outside of SLC, Utah will be considered, however, preference will be given to local candidates residing in the greater Salt Lake City area or within commutable distance.**

Key Responsibilities:

Take initiatives and lead multiple projects covering both downstream and upstream marketing functions

Lead new claims and marketing collaterals development for the entire portfolio through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes by collaborating with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for all programs and initiatives.

Lead planning and organization of all global tradeshows, professional education and proctorship events

Become the go-to digital expert for the business by driving adoption of new digital sales-enablement tools and leveraging diverse social media platforms to promote new messaging and campaign.

Assist in the development of new clinical evidence and publications.

Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) through various programs.

Assist in the development and the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for products launches, programs, and initiatives

Work collaboratively with sales and training to ensure compliance of new users following newly established clinical pathway

Assist in development and execution of Voice of the customers research leading to new product development.

Education, Experience, Additional Skills:

Bachelors Degree is required; candidates with a Master's degree may be given priority.

4-8+ years experience in marketing required, minimum 2+ of those years must be in the Lifesciences marketing space (medical device (preferred), pharmaceutical, etc.)

Go-getter personality that is motivated to make things happen, despite hurdles and enjoys working in a start-up-like environment. (Minus the insecurity of a startup!)

Possess action-oriented mentality and attention to details.

Know how to work with digital tools (Marketo, Demandbase)

Likes to take initiatives and challenge the status quo

Highly accountable person that can work relatively independently once provided with the framework and strategy.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead other by way of influencing.

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

Proven successful project management skills

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally
