In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems and databases.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for products, services, or accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and timely information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism.
