We are looking for dedicated and engaging Social Workers to be part of a well-established non-profit organization in NYC providing vulnerable communities with housing and culturally sensitive supportive services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Supervisory experience overseeing a case management team OR hospital discharge experience
• Individual, family and group counseling experience
• Experience with homeless population
• Experience with persons with chronic health or mental health conditions or substance abuse disorders
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

SCHEDULE: TUESDAY to SATURDAY, 9 AM to 5 PM
