A Backwaiter at Osteria Mozza is a combination of Busser and food runner. Expeditor experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience: 2+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining
Hours: Typical shifts are about 7 hours.
Requirements:
- Be able to interact with upscale clientele and provide above and beyond guest experience
- Work in a team environment with other top-level restaurant professionals
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide what is necessary before being asked
- Strong desire to grow and learn
