Hours of Job

• Full Time Hours.
• No weekends required; holidays as needed.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Replenishes supplies to areas of the hospital according to the established policy and procedures.
• Takes daily receipts, inventories, stocking and dispensing of supplies.
• The daily pickup, receipt and delivery of mail from Accounting and Administration.
• Processes print shop supply orders.
• Accurately enters computer data and completes paperwork to eliminate errors in receiving and distribution within the ORMED system.

Requirements

• Ability to work holidays as needed.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience

• No previous experience required. Basic knowledge of healthcare products and inventory control preferred.
