Summary/Objective
Provide services to internal and external customers by performing data entry, telephone work, filing, faxing, and copying, while maintaining productivity, quality, and time service standards. This role provides indexing, a supporting role for the CSR II workflow. Responsible for minimal flood reports.
Essential Functions
  • 65% The most essential function of this role is the indexing of documents for case creation. Works closely with emails, faxes, scan prepping, and uploads to label, link, and route to the CSR IIs. Demonstrate a strong commitment to superior customer service by communicating with a patient and professional demeanor both internally and externally.
  • 20 % Respond to daily department needs such as PILRS, Loss Runs, voucher pulling, and return mail issues.
  • 20 % This role is responsible for receptionists this will include answering and routing of calls
  • 5% Another function is assisting claims First Notice Of Loss in high call/processing volumes. Assist with coverage in outside departments during peak seasons or shortage of staff.

Required Education and Experience
HS/GED required with 1-2 years of clerical support/customer service. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outlook experience is also necessary. Data entry 1200 kpm
Preferred Education and Experience
AS400 background, salesforce experience, as well as with word a plus.
