Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain customer records by updating account details and logging interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
