The Receptionist is a key support role to the organization. They will support the team in an administrative capacity and be the face and voice of the company as customers enter the door and call in.
COMPENSATION
This position has a competitive compensation package that is a combination of hourly base of pay plus the potential for profit sharing paid quarterly after 1 year of employment.

HOURS
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively communicate between customers, sales, and other departments as needed to ensure customer requests are properly directed.
- Answer phones, screening, and transfer calls, and take messages in a professional, friendly manner.
- Manage phone system schedules for after-hours transfers and holidays to ensure phones are always covered.
- Assist the team with shipments and sorting/delivering mail.
- Managing the ordering and inventory of all first aid supplies, office supplies, and cleaning supplies.
- Stock all conference rooms and break areas with needed supplies.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Send out email communications regarding company events and raffles.
- Assist additional departments with additional projects, including ad hoc reporting, as necessary.
- Assist onboarding and termination processes by partnering with human resources.
- Answer the delivery gates when needed with instructions.
- Access Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other systems to reference needed information.
REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to prioritize and complete project-based tasks within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and highly detail-oriented.
- NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
$20 - $24 an hour
