Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing (2nd & 3rd Shift Available) Location: Southwestern Wisconsin (Relocation Assistance Available)
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 11 PM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10 PM – 7 AM (rotating every 3rd Saturday)
We are working with a well-established food manufacturer that has been providing high-quality, locally processed products for over 30 years. They are actively seeking Production Supervisors to join their leadership team and drive operational success on both 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coach a highly trained production team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve facility and company goals.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory standards .
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence .
- Communicate with management regarding shift performance, production planning, and problem resolution .
Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in dairy, pasteurization, or food manufacturing management .
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
- Familiarity with data management programs and production tracking.
- Ability to operate necessary manufacturing equipment .
- Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations .
