You should possess a profound understanding of the issues facing higher education today. Candidates must exhibit the capability to inspire and engage a diverse range of stakeholders. A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree is preferred, accompanied by a significant record of scholarly accomplishments and a commitment to both research and teaching. Experience in fundraising and strategic planning, as well as a solid commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is essential.
