Insight Global is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to work for a client within the innovative outdoor living solutions industry. This will be a full-time position, onsite in Waterbury, CT. This person will be responsible for Webshop + Marketing management to drive revenue growth and to improve the ecommerce experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and/or entrepreneurial spirit to create impactful hypotheses and drive significant KPI improvements. 50% of the day-to-day will involve campaign execution, 25% will be spent focusing on user experience and quality assurance of the website, and 25% will be spent doing A/B testing.

Responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior

- Leveraging UX best practices and executing A/B tests

- Conducting ecommerce performance analysis and maintaining + improving the local website

- Project Management

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Strong familiarity with A/B testing methodologies

- Experience with ecommerce management and/or digital marketing

- Project Management skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit or analytical mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
