• Physical Therapist with Outpatient, Med-Surg/Swing and LTC experience

• Duration: 9 weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AK License 

• Active BLS via American Heart Association

• Current BCLS certification

• 2 or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred

• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
