What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, where the individual will manage payment posting for two areas, the physician and hospital group.
- Managing day to day activities of multiple entries payment posting areas.
- Collaborating with other Departments and Leadership
- Develop and maintain appropriate Job Aides and SOPs for Payment Posting areas
- Work with external vendors to maintain posting logic
- Manage year end audits
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle or 11 years of revenue cycle experience
- 7 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills to communicate with client
- Excellent Analytical skills using database tools (ex-Excel, SQL)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with Healthquest, Athena/ IDX and Epic
