• Charting Experience: EPIC required

Schedule Information
• START: 3/17/25
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation
• Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed

Unit Specific Information
• The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal.
• Typical patient ratios on days 1:4-5 and on nights 1:6-7

• Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
• Unit Information: MAP Unit – Medical and Pediatrics (Medical and Pediatrics – travelers do not take Peds patients)
• Desired skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.
