  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support

  • Pending License OK!
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Ratios: 1:4
  • Years of experience Required: 1 years
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekends Required
  • Call is required - typically one weekend a month
  • Will this traveler need to float between like units? Possibly, if needed due to house census
  • Locals accepted? No. 50 mile radius rule.
  • Pending License accepted: Yes.
  • RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48h Contract Approved
  • Special Procedures: Required: Circulate Procedures & Procedural Sedation, administration/Monitoring. Scrub Experience required.
    Job Requirements
  • 1 year of experience required
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Must check UD to verify certifications required.
    Schedule Information
  • Weekends required
  • Call is required - typically one weekend a month
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48h Contract Approved
    Unit Specific Information
  • Float Policy Acknowledgement required. Candidate may be required to float to another Providence facility within a reasonable distance.
    Additional Details
  • SUBS: Aya I9 Attestation Required
  • Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY.
  • Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
