    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • Tech Cert Verification - National (Required within 30 days of start)
  • State License 1 Verification (WI CNA license required)
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (Required within 30 days prior to start)
    Job Details
  • Home Health RN - Works with home health and hospice patients
  • 5x8 08:00-16:30
  • Every 4th or 5th weekend required
  • On call evening rotation a few times per month
  • Works with Adults & Geriatrics
  • No holiday RTO
  • 2 years of experience required
  • Oasis and Kinnser experience required
  • Eligible for mileage reimbursement following the IRS mileage rules
  • Facility also has fleet cars available
  • First time travelers accepted
