Job Details
- 9 bed ICU, ratio 2pts to 1 nurse unless 1:1 is indicated.
- Potential for Med/surg overflows then up to 3 to 4 pts per nurse.
- 12 hr day or night shifts.
- Schedule is 72 hrs every two weeks.
- Adult ICU although on occasion will have stable pediatric patients, unstable pediatrics are transferred to higher level of care.
- Minimum of three nurses on each shift.
- Additional $2.00 per hour if assigned to charge nurse duties.
- May float to other departments to help (not take a team of patients) if needed.
Job Requirements
- Must have PALS.
