    Schedule Information
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.
  • Local Radius: 60 miles
  • Locals accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions: If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account manager can auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of NON-HOLIDAY RTO. Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holidays will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
    Unit Specific Information
  • 8W Neuro/General Surgery Unit is a 25 mixed bed neurosurgery and general surgery unit serving any related patient with or without stepdown component.
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required. If the traveler does not have a copy of their SSC and is not using it as a supporting doc on their I9, the facility might accept the SSN by itself.
