    Job Details
  • MS/ TELE Unit- Short stays- RN will have all MS/ TELE & observation patients.
  • RN/ PT ratio- 1:6 or 1:7.
  • Holiday policy in effect for all RTO.
  • Floating is required during low census.
  • Disclosure: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period.
  • Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
  • Orientation is bi-weekly.
  • Start date on job is start date needed.
  • Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
  • Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs. of accepting offer.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS required for all RNs.
  • ACLS required for all RNs except Psych and True Med/Surg units.
  • NIH Certification required for RN specialties, updated per NIH regulations.
  • Nursys license required within 30 days of start.
  • Kentucky or compact for KY ARH facilities/ WV or compact for WV facilities - Updated on Extensions.
    Schedule Information
  • 36/48 schedule for the two week pay period.
  • Orientation is bi-weekly.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit specific to the contractor’s scope of practice within one year prior to start date.
    Additional Details
  • AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card.
  • Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start.
  • Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series or declination can be accepted.
  • Annual Physical or Physician note/statement within 1 year prior to start.
  • Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start.
  • Valid Td required, declinations are acceptable.
