    Job Details
  • Promotes and restores patients health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area.
  • Directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs.
  • Providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
  • Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment by verifying emergency equipment availability.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association).
  • Must have Arkansas RN license.
  • Must have 2 years House Supervisor experience & ICU experience in a hospital setting.
